Book Discussion Guide: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis (FREE Download)
During World War II, the four Pevensie children—Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy—are sent to live in the large mansion of Professor Kirke. During a game of hide and seek, Lucy steps into an old wardrobe and finds herself in a magical land called Narnia where animals talk and magical things happen. For a long time, Narnia has been covered in snow and ice because of an evil empress, the White Witch. After all the Pevensies enter the wardrobe, they soon realize that they are in grave danger from the White Witch. The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe is a classic fantasy story with deep Christian themes that remind children about the importance of self-sacrifice, forgiveness, and the triumphing of good over evil.
